About The Position

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking an energetic and compassionate clinician who enjoys helping residents improve functional independence and return to meaningful daily activities.

Requirements

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with self-care skills, upper extremity exercises, mobility activities, and functional training
• Use therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques to support individualized rehab goals
• Encourage resident participation and build positive therapeutic relationships
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident progress with the rehab team
