About The Position

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility setting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with residents while supporting their ability to perform everyday activities safely and independently.

Requirements

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, balance, and upper extremity function
• Support implementation of individualized treatment goals and adaptive techniques
• Observe resident response to therapy and communicate updates to the OT
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
