Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PACE
About The Position
This position is based out the Seattle MLK site but will cover north and east King County/South Snohomish as needed. Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements
- Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or, Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or, Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year - Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
