About The Position

Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives. Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or, Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or, Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year - Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
