At AccessPoint RI, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live as independently and confidently as possible. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Personal Choice Program and help individuals develop the skills they need to thrive at home, at work, and in their communities. You will assist in implementing individualized service plans, monitor participant progress, provide therapeutic support, and collaborate with team members to ensure services remain responsive to each participant's evolving strengths, goals, and needs. Whether you're helping someone improve their self-care skills, develop routines for greater independence, adapt to new challenges, or achieve a personal milestone, your work will have a lasting impact on their confidence and ability to live a more fulfilling life. If you are passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential through compassionate, person-centered care, we invite you to join a team where your expertise empowers individuals to live with greater independence, choice, and purpose every day.
