About The Position

InHome Therapy is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume, focusing on home health for adult and geriatric populations in and around Vero Beach. We prioritize therapists by providing a therapy-first approach to clinical and administrative support, along with tools to enhance efficiency and reduce windshield time. Requirements

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
