Requirements
- Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care

Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help children reach important developmental milestones and achieve independence in daily routines.
- Implement treatment plans that focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, play, self-care, and school readiness.
- Engage children in meaningful, play-based activities to help them build confidence and functional skills.
- Support families with practical strategies they can use every day.
