About The Position
Seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Walnut Creek, CA. This role is within a Senior Living Community setting and offers great pay, full benefits, and a warm, supportive team. New graduates are welcome. The position involves implementing treatment plans under OT supervision, assisting patients with daily living and functional activities, documenting progress, communicating updates to the OT, and educating patients and caregivers on therapy techniques. The COTA will also support the rehab team in achieving patient goals.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current CA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and patient-care focus
