About The Position

Theracare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their dynamic therapy team. This is a part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week, serving LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) facilities. LTACs provide a high level of care for medically complex patients who require hospital-level treatment but not intensive care monitoring. The role involves performing skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current or eligible for state license
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience
• New grads welcome to apply
