Requirements
- Current California COTA license in good standing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and resident-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic treatments under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Help residents improve daily living skills, independence, and overall function
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress in compliance with state practice standards
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, restorative aides, therapists, and families
- Support discharge planning through caregiver education and home program instruction
- Contribute to a strong rehabilitative environment through teamwork and communication
