About The Position

InHome Therapy is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume, focusing on home health for the adult and geriatric population in and around Houston. We prioritize therapists by providing a therapy-first approach with clinical and administrative support, opportunities for growth, and a tablet with a data plan. The position is paid on a per-visit basis, with compensation based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.

Requirements

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
