About The Position
Pivot Home Health is hiring Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) across Colorado to provide therapy in home-based and community settings. The role focuses on helping children grow, play, and build independence in their everyday lives. This position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing clinicians to choose their caseload and set their own schedules. Therapy is provided in homes to facilitate natural progress, and an iPad is provided for documentation. The company emphasizes a clinician-first approach, offering clinical leadership support, 24/7 on-call assistance, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care

Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help children reach developmental milestones and achieve independence in daily routines.
- Implement treatment plans focusing on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, play, self-care, and school readiness.
- Engage children in meaningful, play-based activities to build confidence and functional skills.
- Support families with practical strategies for daily use.
