About The Position
Theracare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their dynamic therapy team. This PRN/Part-Time position involves performing skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist within skilled nursing communities located in Indianapolis, IN, and Carmel, IN. The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling to support work-life balance and offers easy access to regional management staff for support.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current or eligible for state license
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)
- Prefer minimum one (1) year experience
