About The Position

Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
Responsibilities
- Implement OT treatment plans under therapist supervision
- Assist residents with ADLs, exercises, and mobility activities
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to the OT
- Maintain accurate documentation
