About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Greenfield. In this role, you will help residents work on the daily routines that matter to them, from personal care to using tools and strategies that make tasks easier.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin COTA license
- Good communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Provide treatment under plans established by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Guide residents through activities that support independence and daily function
- Observe how residents respond to treatment and share updates with the OT
- Complete timely documentation and coordinate with the care team
