About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a COTA to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Post Acute Care Center. You'll work with residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them practice the daily activities they want to do more independently.
Requirements
- Active Maryland COTA license
- Clear communication and timely documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver treatment under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help residents practice dressing, grooming, and other daily living skills
- Adapt activities to residents' abilities and report their responses to the OT
- Document treatment and coordinate with the broader care team
