About The Position

Careview Transitional Care of Weston is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join their team. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services, focusing on helping individuals regain their independence and improve their daily living skills. Requirements

Current state licensure as a COTA
Strong knowledge of occupational health practices and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members

Nice To Haves

Experience in acute care or skilled nursing facilities preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families about treatment goals and home exercises
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
