About The Position
Napa Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team! If you’re passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Current COTA license in California
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals
