About The Position
San Bruno Skilled Nursing is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our elite in-house rehab team. This role involves delivering high-quality therapeutic services under OTR supervision to improve resident independence, empowering residents to regain Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility, and partnering with a multidisciplinary team to execute personalized care plans with a "patient-first" focus.
Requirements
- Current, valid California COTA License.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for geriatric rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services under OTR supervision to improve resident independence.
- Empower residents to regain Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to execute personalized care plans with a "patient-first" focus.
