About The Position
Ascension at Home, Together with Compassus, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a part-time Home Health position. This role involves working one-on-one with patients in their homes to empower them to live safely and productively. You will help patients and families adapt their environment, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve participation in daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination
- One year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting
Responsibilities
