Requirements

Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant by the Oregon State Board.
Current BLS for Healthcare Professionals.
Must be a licensed driver with a reliable automobile.
