Requirements

  • Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant by the Oregon State Board.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Professionals.
  • Must be a licensed driver with a reliable automobile.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of clinical experience as a COTA.
