About The Position
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Sheriden Woods Civita Care Center Bristol, CT $30–$33/hour | Full-Time Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a setting where you can build meaningful connections with residents. Position Overview: You will carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, helping residents improve their ability to complete everyday tasks safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Current COTA license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality care and patient safety

Responsibilities
- Lead individual and small group therapy sessions
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and task-specific training
- Encourage participation and motivate residents throughout treatment
- Observe changes in condition and report to the OT
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
