Requirements
- Current California COTA license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve activities of daily living and functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
