About The Position
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) permanent position with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering relocation assistance and sign-on incentives for qualified candidates. Requirements
- Active COTA license
- Experience working in a clinical, rehab, or long-term care environment
- Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic interventions, and patient care techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary teams
- All required certifications and compliance documents must be current and in good standing prior to employment
