About The Position
College Arms Towers, an affordable housing community for seniors, is seeking an experienced Occupancy Specialist (COS) for its senior living apartment high rise located in Deland, FL. This position requires knowledge of certifying and recertifying applicants or households and auditing resident files for compliance with HUD. Candidates must be reliable, detail oriented, organized, and are required to work at a fast pace. This position is full time, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Knowledge of certifying and recertifying applicants or households

Nice To Haves
- Certified Occupancy Specialist Certification preferred
- Selected candidate will attend company paid training and must pass COS exam within 6 months of hire.
