College Arms Towers, an affordable housing community for seniors, is seeking an experienced Occupancy Specialist (COS) for its senior living apartment high rise located in Deland, FL. This position requires knowledge of certifying and recertifying applicants or households and auditing resident files for compliance with HUD. Candidates must be reliable, detail oriented, organized, and are required to work at a fast pace.
