About The Position

Suncrest At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is a CHAP-certified hospice provider focused on compassionate, high-quality care for patients and their families. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of the nursing leadership team to provide compassionate care to assigned hospice patients in accordance with their assessments and individualized care plans. The CNA collaborates with the hospice care team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and report changes in condition. The CNA follows company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices. Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state or states of practice.
• Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
• Comfort working one-on-one with patients while supported by a dedicated care team.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel, with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
