About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, compassionate care to senior residents in a supportive senior living environment. The role is suited to a licensed CNA who takes ownership of their work and values integrity, teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
