About The Position
Benson Heights Care Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kent, Washington. The role supports residents with daily activities and personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. CNAs take and record vital signs and help keep resident rooms clean and organized while providing compassionate care. The center offers skilled nursing, behavioral health services, and short-term rehabilitation, with nursing and therapy teams supporting patients as they transition back into the community. The position offers full-time day shifts and a consistent schedule at one work location. Pay is $23.50–$26.08 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. A differential of $2.50 per hour applies to the Friday–Monday, 10 p.m.–6 a.m. shift.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
