About The Position
ComForCare Towson/Randallstown and surrounding areas is hiring caregivers to assist clients in their homes and support their independence. The role offers part-time availability across weekdays and weekends, with early morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight schedules. Placements are available in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll County, and surrounding areas. ComForCare describes caregivers as the heart and soul of its work and emphasizes respectful treatment, ongoing training, field support, and thoughtful client matching. This position is with an independently owned and operated ComForCare franchisee, which is responsible for employment decisions.
Requirements
- CNA, GNA, or HHA credential.
- Compassionate heart and passion for helping others.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and own vehicle for transportation.
- High school diploma or GED; higher education is also accepted.
- At least two years of experience as a caregiver.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities to support independence.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support mobility, transfers, and exercises.
- Provide companionship and help with errands.
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Perform light housekeeping and household tasks.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by staff to support each client according to the client's care plan.
