About The Position

Well-Spring Solutions Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized one-on-one care for a client in her private home in the Greensboro community. This part-time weekend position offers the opportunity to build a relationship with one consistent client and provide attentive, individualized care in a calm home environment. The client primarily requires standby assistance and benefits from a caregiver who is attentive, patient, dependable, and comfortable providing a calm, reassuring presence. Care responsibilities include standby assistance with ADLs, assisting with morning and evening routines, mobility and safety support, preparing simple meals, light housekeeping related to the client's needs, providing companionship, and taking the client's dog outside as needed. Candidates should be comfortable around a large, gentle dog.

Requirements

Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's private home
Comfortable around a large dog
Dependable and able to maintain consistent weekend availability
Attentive, compassionate, patient, and professional
Ability to safely provide standby assistance and hands-on support as needed

Responsibilities

Providing standby assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assisting with the client's morning and evening routines, including getting ready for the day and for bed
Providing mobility and safety support as needed
Preparing simple meals
Light housekeeping related to the client's daily needs
Providing companionship and one-on-one support
Taking the client's dog outside as needed
Observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition
