About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants work alongside fellow caregivers to provide residents with daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care and individual needs. They also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement. The role is located at Waunakee Valley Senior Living in Waunakee, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• High school diploma or GED/HSE.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transportation as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
