About The Position

Monarch Communities Spring Meadows is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Managers (CNAs) to assist residents with daily living needs according to each resident’s care plan. Duties may include personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. The role is led by the community’s Director of Health and Wellness. This is a per diem position with day, evening, and overnight shifts: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., or 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. The listed salary is $21.00–$21.50.

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds and intermittent lifting and supporting of residents.
Must use proper body mechanics.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in care plans.
Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
Escort residents to meals and activities.
Ensure assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift.
Immediately report any change in a resident’s condition to a supervisor.
