About The Position
Meridian Senior Living seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care and assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Requirements
- Hold an active, state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the state.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Obtain a Food Handlers Permit if required by state regulations.
- Have previous experience working with the elderly.
- Have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
- Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
- Be honest, fair, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
- Meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
