About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality, customer-service-oriented care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and their families. The role supports care delivery for patients from diverse ethnic and social groups, advocates for ethical and holistic care that promotes patient autonomy, dignity, and health, and helps create a safe and supportive environment. The position is at MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, Washington, with a 0.9 FTE schedule consisting of 12-hour night shifts.
Requirements
- Current Washington State CNA license.
- Current BLS Certification.

- One year of experience in a physician's office or other medical facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage basic care activities while delivering customer-service-oriented care to patients.
- Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care that promotes the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
