About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an approved training program
• CNA/SRNA/GNA License (Required)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of caregiving techniques and working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Assist with mobility and transferring of patients
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care for patients
