About The Position
Serenity Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, hands-on care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. This is a full-time, weekday-only position, offering a better work-life balance with evenings and weekends free. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting nursing staff, building relationships with patients and families, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or clinical setting preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Support nursing staff with patient care as needed
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
