About The Position

Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide to join their growing team. Minnehaha Senior Living is located directly on a bus route off the corner of 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street, in Minneapolis, MN. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous 77-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. In this position, you will be providing support to residents with their personal care services, including direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. You will also assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Additionally, you will engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care, and assist with medication administration.

Responsibilities
