About The Position

Requirements

• Hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin in good standing.
• Have great customer service skills.
• Have a passion for working with the aging population.
• Have great communication skills.
• Be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including changing linens, transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
• Support the development of individualized care plans for each resident.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's core values of dignity, kindness, individuality, and excellence.
