About The Position
Provide care to patients at the Helen Hayes Hospital operated by the State of New York. Such care ranges from attending to patients personal hygienic needs in order to assure patients comfort to performing a limited number of simple treatments and therapy. Incumbents provide direct hands-on care to patients through assisting with bathing, dressing, perineal care, mobility, eating, and other activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Possession of current certification as a New York State Certified Nursing Assistant.
Nice To Haves
- Nursing students with 2 clinical rotations will be considered for per diem positions.
Responsibilities
