What You’ll Be Doing As a CNA in the hospital setting, you will assist in the delivery of basic patient care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership. Responsibilities include supporting patients with activities of daily living, obtaining and reporting vital signs, documenting care accurately, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment. You will communicate with nursing leadership and appropriate team members to help coordinate patient care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations. This role also assists with restocking supplies, maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety, and supporting a positive patient care experience.

Requirements

  • Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
  • Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
  • Must possess an understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.
