We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality support for a special needs adult in the Bennington area. This is a perfect opportunity for a professional looking for a stable weekday schedule with no evening or weekend requirements.

Requirements

• Current Nebraska CNA License: Must be in good standing.
• Reliability: Since this is a consistent weekday shift, we are looking for someone punctual and dependable.
• Compassion: A genuine heart for advocacy and improving the quality of life for those with diverse abilities.
• Immediate Availability: We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Nice To Haves

• Special Needs Experience: Proven experience working specifically with special needs adults is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Implement care plans tailored to the specific physical and developmental needs of the client.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and encouraging environment.
• Monitor health status and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate effectively with family members and the clinical leadership team.
