About The Position
Willow Springs Healthcare Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Palm Desert, CA. Under new management, Willow Springs is fostering an energized culture that prioritizes patients and staff. We are looking for compassionate, motivated CNAs who want to make a difference. Located in Palm Desert, Willow Springs provides care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents. We are growing and investing in our team, seeking CNAs passionate about quality care and teamwork.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of California
- A caring, patient-focused attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Document care provided in a timely and professional manner
- Support and follow care plans established by the nursing team
- Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
- Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care
