About The Position
Redlands Healthcare Center is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located near Redlands Community Hospital. We are proud to provide a warm, home-like environment with recently renovated accommodations and a team that truly feels like family. Our mission is simple: “Serve more people, touch more lives.” We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility and personal care
- Accurately document care provided and resident observations
- Take and record vital signs and support individualized care plans
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
- Collaborate with nursing staff and team members to ensure high-quality care
