About The Position
Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. Requirements
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
- Ability to provide compassionate, reliable care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments
- Document care per facility standards
