About The Position
Hamilton Grove Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. The center provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care, including rehabilitation therapy, post-surgical care, long-term care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, respite care, and palliative care. The CNA will work in a dynamic, supportive team environment and help deliver compassionate care to residents and their families. The position is offered full-time or part-time. The stated pay range is $21–$26 per hour, based on shift and benefits selected. Per-diem pay is listed as $21 per hour, plus a $5 weekend differential. Responsibilities
- Provide basic resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as feeding and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses.
- Assist with resident transfers and ambulation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate and interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
