Certified Nursing Assistant Days 445a to 5p Full Time
About The Position
We are a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility known for the excellent care that we provide to our residents/patients and the community. We have full-time and pool/per diem/casual positions available. Our CNAs work 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per pay week, every other weekend (Sat-Sun) and every other holiday. We also have 8-hour shifts, 5 shifts per pay week. Shift hours are 5a-5p, 5p-5a and 5p to 1a. The CNA gives basic nursing care and assistance in meeting the physical and emotional needs of residents and patients under the direct supervision of the charge nurse. This entry-level position assists with tasks of daily living such as bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, transferring, positioning, checking weights and vitals and reports changes in condition to the charge nurse. We have our own Dietary and Housekeeping/Laundry Departments.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- First-year CNA starting pay is $19.50.
- Pay range up to $22 per hour based on years of experience.
- Additional Hazard pay for direct Health Care Workers at $3.40 per hour while funding is available.
- Weekend premium of $2 more per hour for Sat/Sun shifts.
Responsibilities
