Requirements

• Active Illinois CNA certification
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Support nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and assisting with mechanical lifts
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through communication and engagement
• Work collaboratively as part of a compassionate care team to support resident well-being
