Part Time 2pm to 10pm CNA/HHA
About The Position
Benchmark is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. This is a part-time position scheduled from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with rotating weekends. The role includes helping residents with daily living activities, documenting care and reporting changes in residents’ health or behavior, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support and exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to provide residents with exceptional, meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
