About The Position
Marquette Senior Living is seeking a caring and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their family-like team. The CNA will support licensed nursing staff by providing direct care to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort. The community emphasizes stability, growth, and a warm, welcoming environment, with many team members having long tenures.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved CNA program
- Active CNA certification on the Indiana CNA Registry
- Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Strong work ethic and a heart for senior care
Responsibilities
- Answering call lights and responding to resident needs promptly
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, etc.)
- Supporting meal service and hydration
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care
- Reporting to and assisting the Charge Nurse as needed
